Inktober day 5 - Chicken!

Can someone explain me what this Inktober really is? Am I supposed to make a drawing each day, or one drawing would be enought for a whole month?
I don’t want some silly event to make me do anything more than usual.
Creative process tself is pretty tiresome and dusgusting, the only thing that makes me happy is seeing the results (And feedack, of course. It’s all about the attention, really)
